Lightning hunting part II

Not-so-short storm tonight, and some success again. 

This is just a warm-up photo :P
Then, success! It could have been an image of a whole lightning if I hadn't been hiding my camera under a piece of paper, to protect it from the rain. And boy was it raining.
And, I mean, you can also count this one as a success, since this is also a lightning, although this one is behind the cloud, not in front of it. Heh. :D

    Incredible! I can never seem to time things right to catch anything... Hey - I love Croatia, btw! I was there last fall. My sister owns a house near Porec. We had a blast! So not only do I love the lightning, but I love it that it is Croatian lightning! :)

      Yeah haha, it's hard to catch them. I usually set exposition to 4 seconds and then just take a photo after photo after photo for a looong time, until I capture something :D

      I've never been to Istria, can you imagine that? I just went to Rijeka once for a concert, but we didn't have time for sight-seeing. And we spent some time somewhere near the Učka mountain during the war, but I was too young to remember. That's the only part of Croatia I've never visited, actually!
